" Hatha yoga " is the set of physical exercises that make up yoga without the meditation techniques that are Yoga's spiritual side.

Hatha yoga includes different techniques aimed at stretching the body (é‚sana), controlling the breath (Prénayéma), developing concentration (Dhérané) and learning relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
